I enjoy a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at how all aspects of our lives are connected. I work with ‘primary foods’. Primary foods encompass movement, happiness, relationships, career, self-care, mindfulness and much more.
I believe we are all bio-individuals! What works for one person may not work for another. By listening to my clients I am able to personalise their programmes helping them to meet their individual needs.
As a Health Coach I have combined my skills as a personal trainer with my knowledge of food, Nutrition and healthy living to create an holistic Health Coaching Service.
