Keep it simple.
If a dish calls for more than 10 ingredients then it’s already become too hard!

Keep it fresh.
Buy in season fresh produce, preferably at your local Farmers Market. Fresh ingredients are packed full of goodness, nourishing our bodies to support a healthy immune system.

Keep it Real.
Eat Real Food! If you can’t pronounce the ingredients on food labels then it’s probably not a real food, for example an apple is made by nature, where as a bag of Doritos is man made, loaded with chemicals.

Keep asking questions.
Know where your food comes from. Where possible buy organic. Organic produce is free from spays, hormones and antibiotics.
