Ceviche (Raw Fish Salad)

Ingredients & Recipe

Directions: Cut up fish and cover in lemon juice (needs loads!!) and put in the fridge to marinate for an hour or so.

Add coconut cream, a heavy sprinkling of salt and pepper, finely chopped capsicum and red onion, chilli, heaps of coriander.

Finally, if you have lime juice and a dash of kaitaia fire (or another hot sauce) that makes it even more tasty! 👌🏼
