What does a 6 Month
Health Coaching Package look like...
After completing the Health Questionnaire I’ll set up a FREE consultation for us to discuss your answers, (it’s super casual, so don't stress)! After finding out more information and hearing your goals, I discuss ways we can work together to tackle your concerns and aspirations during the program.
We’ll meet in person, Skype, FaceTime or have a call sessions 2x a month, 50 minutes each session. That is a total of 12 sessions!

Some of the benefits of the 6 month program:

I take you on a shopping expedition, to supermarkets, farmers markets or wherever you like to shop, I will customise shopping lists, do a pantry detox and help you to understand nutrition labels.

I offer cooking sessions, how to prepare healthy meals from fridge to plate in 30 minutes.

I prescribe Personal Training Sessions to have you moving correctly, whatever that looks like for you!

I offer 24/7 email support.

I also have an informative Instagram @wellfitcoaching and Facebook account where I share Healthy Recipes and offer great tips to help you sustain a healthy lifestyle.
As your health coach, I will work alongside your Doctor, Nutritionist or other health care provider to support you on your journey to wellness.

2 on 1 Coaching
This is popular for couples, friends, or whoever you feel comfortable with, sharing your concerns and aspirations. After completing the Health Questionnaire I’ll set up a FREE consultation for us to discuss your answers, (it’s super casual, so don't stress)!

We’ll then meet in person, Skype, FaceTime or have a call sessions twice a month, 75 minutes each session. That is a total of 12 sessions!

Group Coaching - 3-6 Clients
After completing the Health Questionnaire I’ll set up a FREE consultation for each client separately to discuss your answers, (it’s super casual, so don't stress)!
Group coaching is in person -1x 90 minute session p/month - 6 months duration.

In the group, we will work together discussing your concerns and aspirations.
​
I will help you reach your wellness goals/intentions by bringing balance back to your primary foods, (nonfood sources that nourish our souls on a deeper level) and secondary foods (your diet).
​
As your accountability coach I will empower you to take responsibility for your health. My mission is to help you find YOUR happiest and healthiest self by focusing on certain aspects of life that are uniquely important to YOU!

Group coaching is a great way to get started on your journey to wellness, sharing the cost of the Health Coaching Package across the group. The group will be encouraged to support each other’s individuals needs.

I offer wellness workshops hosting demonstrations
This could be demonstrating various exercises to nourish and oxygenate tissue and joints to keep everything in working order. Great for people who spend a lot of time sitting at their desk/computer.

I can teach you how to make smoothies and juices, combining the right fruits and vegetables that taste delicious. I’ll show you how to take up 7+/day of fruits and vegetables in just one smoothie or juice!
