Jo's Flow



Jo’s Flows are movement patterns aimed at seniors, to nourish oxygenate and lubricate your body.

The goal is to get you off the couch and moving, everyday!  Although it is aimed at seniors, everyone would benefit. 

These flows are 10 and 20 minutes in duration, and can be done anywhere, anytime.



There will be 2 workouts each day, one 10 minutes duration and one 20 minutes duration, 6 days every week. 

They will include beginners, intermediate and advanced movement patterns. Chair workouts, weight workouts and flexibility drills. 

AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3!


1. Simply choose your membership plan, enter your details and make the first payment. The system will automatically bill you monthly to make it easy for you.

2. Check your emails for confirmation.

3. Head over to the content area to start doing your workouts!
