Service Description

This is a package of 10 personal training sessions - 60 minutes per session. Once you have attended the first session we will work out a schedule that suits you for the remaining 9 sessions. One of the primary reasons to employ my services as your personal trainer is to educate you on all aspects of fitness, health and exercise. Knowledge is power and when it comes to your fitness goals, having a proper understanding of what is required for you to reach those goals is incredibly empowering! Challenge yourself to change yourself! Scheduling your exercise workouts is crucial to forming good habits over the long term.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule any sessions, please contact 24 hours in advance. No prior cancellation or no show to appointments will result in no refunds being given at our discretion.
