Stone Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients & Recipe

Another great tasting smoothie that helps towards getting those fruits and vegetables into your body first thing in the morning.

Not only will these smoothies sustain you for 3-5 hours, they will help to support a healthy immune system, create a happy gut environment, and help to balance your hormones.

- 1 frozen banana
- 1 stone fruit (apricot, peach, nectarine), stone removed
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 pitted date
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 cup of activated almond milk

Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend for approx 1 minute until smooth.

Add ice before or after blending.

Pour and enjoy!
