The Green Goddess

Ingredients & Recipe

(A delicious smoothie to help you take up your 8-10 fruits and vegetables daily) Makes 2.

- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 cups baby spinach, packed
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
handful of mint leaves
- 1 cup of coconut water or 1 cup of filtered water
- Ice if you like it chilled

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender (I use a NutriBullet). Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
