The Green Goddess

(A delicious smoothie to help you take up your 8-10 fruits and vegetables daily)


Makes 2

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 green apple

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 cups baby spinach, packed

  • 1/2 lemon, peeled

  • handful of mint leaves

  • 1 cup of coconut water or 1 cup of filtered water

  • Ice if you like it chilled


Place all ingredients in a high speed blender (I use a NutriBullet)
Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
