Juicing floods the body with micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) that are easily digestible, so your body gets more of what it needs, with less food.
Our genes are naturally designed to survive starvation. They’re not meant to deal with over-eating, which can throw our system into insulin resistance (too much sugar in the blood). Our bodies are made to store energy so that it can be used in times of famine! This is how our ancestors survived. There’s a highly controlled system that accesses those energy stores, when needed. Juicing does remove the insoluble fibre from the fruit and vegetables, but the soluble fibre still stays in there. And while fibre is an important part of a healthy diet, getting rid of the insoluble fibre simply allows the body to absorb health-promoting phytonutrients, like enzymes, to help support a healthy immune system.
