These spirulina balls are a superfood snack loaded with beta-carotene, iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin B complex and chlorophyl...these little gems will boost your energy levels and keep you fuller for longer. No more afternoon tiredness...

Makes 10-12 balls

100g cashew nuts

150g pumpkin seeds

tiny pinch salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp spirulina

200g Medjool dates

2 tbsp coconut oil

zest of 1 small orange

Blend the nuts and seeds in a food processor for a minute, then add the rest of the ingredients, blend to allow everything to combine. Roll the mixture into balls and pop them in the fridge. Leave them to set for an hour. Enjoy!

These will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks 😊
